With over 20 years of experience in management and organizational consulting, he has led numerous transformation projects for major international players. He works within corporate functions such as CFO, HR, and Procurement on topics like organizational optimization, performance management, and the valuation of information assets.
In 2021, he joined Onepoint as partner in industry – energy & distribution.
