Eric is a graduate of École Centrale Lille. He began his career in 1990 at Arthur Andersen, then continued at Coopers&Lybrand and IBM. In 2005, he joined Weave as an associate to co-create the consulting activity for financial services.
Eric is a partner in banking, finance & insurance. He is an expert in large transformation projects within retail banks and financial services. He leads major projects in France and internationally, integrating business, IT, digital, data, and design thinking dimensions.
