After graduating from the DIIAGE school in Dijon in 2005, Franck Marchal began his career as a consultant specializing in IT service management (ITSM) solutions. He quickly took on management and leadership responsibilities for large-scale projects, notably at Artesys – Capgemini Group, where he led the implementation of major programs involving tools such as HP Service Manager and BMC Remedy.
Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, he founded IN-IT in 2014 with the ambition of filling a gap in expertise in the Enterprise Service Management market. Under his leadership, IN-IT has experienced continuous growth and established itself as a key player, even being recognized as ServiceNow Partner of the Year 2022 for the EMEA – Emerging Growth Markets region.
In 2025, Franck joined Onepoint as Partner Organization & Management. His mission: to support his clients’ major organizational and managerial transformations by combining technical expertise, consulting skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Convinced that collective strength and innovation are the drivers of sustainable performance, he is committed to strengthening the impact of Onepoint teams in creating value.
In my view, Onepoint embodies the new generation of consulting firms, with an ambitious vision and a culture where innovation and teamwork are paramount.
