Following the definition of the seven pillars of the “One 2025” group program, the bancassurer aimed to develop a roadmap for its Individual Retirement Savings Business Unit (ERI BU).

Solution

We supported the BU’s management by organizing a dedicated seminar for managers. The initiative included:

  • Workshops on key topics such as sustainability, team management, and sustainable finance.
  • Alignment of the workstreams with the “One 2025” vision.
  • Deployment of the new roadmap across BU teams.

Result 

A clear roadmap outlining the key projects and initiatives to be undertaken, while considering strong business requirements, such as:

  • Launching online transactions for both banking networks with electronic signature integration within a context of major reorganization.
  • Team transfers successfully completed in May 2022.

The insurer aimed to scope the project to unify all the group’s customer portals into a single platform.

Solution 

We conducted an in-depth benchmark to understand customer behaviors and expectations on insurance websites. Based on this analysis, we synthesized key business principles and carried out a comparative study of different implementation scenarios.

Result 

A decision dossier was created for business stakeholders, enabling them to define the optimal implementation strategy while considering various business and technical constraints.

The bancassurer aims to define the development trajectory for digital services in the Life Insurance sector, focusing on optimizing customer journeys, expanding self-service options, and launching a fully digital offering.

Solution 

Beyond defining the digital vision by considering market trends, competitors, existing systems, and the group’s ambitions, we identified and structured key initiatives. We also implemented improvements to existing customer journeys and the development of self-service solutions.

 

Result 

Following the validation of this digital roadmap by the Executive Committee, we proceeded with scoping business requirements and designing UX concepts in coordination with the digital agency. This process demonstrated a successful collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders, particularly with the insurer partner.
