Case studies
In a landscape marked by the decline of physical distribution networks in the insurance sector, our client sought to reposition the agency at the core of its development and redefine its value proposition.
Solution
We conducted a network assessment, combining both quantitative analysis and field research. Through workshops involving clients, we identified around twenty key levers to enhance the value delivered in agencies.
Result
The Distribution Directorate adopted a new agency model vision, aligned with top management, and implemented through an operational transformation plan.
The P&C insurance provider of the Caisses d’Epargne aimed to become a full-service insurer, revamp its product offerings, and distribute them across the Group’s two networks by 2020.
Solution
We implemented a large-scale initiative, including strategic program management (from framing to deployment) and contributions to defining solutions—ranging from product offerings and business models to rollout strategies.
Result
A three-year program was launched, with particular emphasis on the quality of the materials and solutions delivered to the networks.
A dedicated Organization Directorate was established to enhance project management and foster a results-driven culture in project execution.
Solution
Three key action areas were identified:
- Consolidation of the ongoing project portfolio
- Development of a forward-looking project portfolio for 2020
- Creation of a project methodology and associated governance framework
Result
A newly structured project governance framework was established and implemented, facilitating well-structured arbitration scenarios, greater team engagement, and strong buy-in from the division for the new Organization Directorate’s approach.
