A graduate in Mathematics from Dauphine, Cédric brings 25 years of experience at KPMG within the Advisory teams.
Specialized in large-scale technology transformation programs in Deal contexts, he was a member of KPMG France’s Advisory leadership team, where he was also responsible for talent management.
He began his career working on ERP programs before specializing in IT organization transformation projects. In 2013, he founded KPMG France’s Technology Transformation teams. Since 2014, he has been advising major French and international corporations, as well as mid-sized enterprises, on complex M&A programs—supporting both buyers and sellers.
Cédric works closely with CFOs, CIOs, and executive leadership, primarily in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, retail, and construction sectors, both in France and internationally.
Cédric joined Onepoint as a Partner in Deal & Finance. His expertise enhances Onepoint’s comprehensive, end-to-end transformation offering, integrating technology challenges. This includes acquisitions and divestitures, strategic business portfolio reorganizations, financial performance improvements, and adaptation to major regulatory changes.
