A graduate of ESSEC and Sciences Po Paris, Fabrice served for 18 months as a Naval Officer before joining PwC’s public sector division in 1999, where he contributed to its development. Fabrice has over 20 years of experience in managing complex transformation projects for government ministries and state operators (Defense, Bercy, Agriculture, Transport, Higher Education, Justice, etc.), local authorities (regions, metropolitan areas), and international organizations.
Fabrice joined Onepoint as a partner in the public sector to support the development of consulting activities.
