Julien began his career in 2004 at the Pierre & Vacances Group, focusing on skills management and employment challenges in the tourism industry.
In 2006, he joined Accenture, where he spent five years working on the development of competency-building programs. In 2011, he moved to Keyrus Management, where he developed consulting activities related to change management, digital and managerial transformations, and the creation of corporate universities.
Julien joined Onepoint in 2019 as a specialist in employee experience and the transformation of corporate learning functions.
