A graduate of EHL (Hospitality Business School of Lausanne) and a Master of Science X-HEC Entrepreneurs Paris, Léa began her career at Uber Eats in London. She participated in the launch of the first European city offering and, as an Account Manager, was responsible for the 60 most strategic accounts.
She then joined WeWork, where she took on increasing responsibilities at different sites during her three years with the company. In 2019, she was appointed Head of WeWork 10 York Road, one of the largest co-working spaces in the world, leading a community of nearly 6,400 members in a collaborative space of 36,000 m².
Léa joined Onepoint in 2020 as a Leader responsible for the development of our collective intelligence spaces. In 2022, she created the Onepoint Live offering to support our clients in their challenges of cohesion and transformation within our spaces: discover Onepoint Live.
She was appointed partner in 2023.
