A graduate of the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Nadya began her career at the Carrefour group within the international purchasing department as an International Purchasing & BI Project Manager.

Nadya then joined Accenture, where she developed her consulting expertise, specializing in transformation and strategy projects in the Consumer Goods, Luxury, and Specialty Retail sectors.

Nadya joined Onepoint in 2018 as a Leader in innovation and strategy, with the aim of leveraging her expertise to develop Digital Experience offerings and assets.

She now works with our clients on large-scale omnichannel transformation projects (eCommerce, Customer Service, and Retail) and primarily supports Telecom and Retail accounts.

She was appointed partner in 2023.
