Nicolas is a graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech. He began his career in 1998 as Methods Manager at Thales Avionics for 3 years before joining Proconseil, working with the Management and Organizational Consulting teams.
Nicolas joined Weave in 2013 and became a partner in 2018. He developed the Lean Management & Operational Excellence offering and established the firm’s presence in Singapore. Nicolas became a partner in industrial performance following the merger with Weave in 2018.
