Passionate about customer relationships and experience for over 18 years, Rémy has worked in various environments. He began his career at BPCE, then moved to a CRM software provider, and more recently, he was responsible at IBM for creating and developing the Digital Agency France IX.
Rémy has been a partner in customer experience since July 2021.
