Onepoint was called in to accelerate and structure the delivery of its cloud platform, including the landing zone:

From 2022, our customer decided to build a new software solution based on Azure PaaS cloud services. The approach was to build on top of the AZURE services, a set of features to simplify their use by development teams.

The features were observability integration, market place, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment pipeline, security integration, access management, DRP, backups and Finops.

Solution

A platform that supports the customer’s performance requirements.
We have put in place 17 products in ‘Product As Services’ mode, which are enriched as SAFe iterations progress.

These products have been divided into 9 technical areas: Security, Devops Integration, DataOps Integration, Hosting, Observability, Customer Care, ERP, Observability and Marketplace.

After 22 weeks of building the solution, a first version of the platform was delivered (MVP) and put into production.

The aim of the TransfoCloud project is to migrate more than 300 applications that are currently on-premise to Google Cloud Platfom.

The aim of this project is to accelerate the process of migrating applications to the cloud, and to support the teams involved.

Solution

Implementation of an Agile process to deliver application batches with the various activities:

  • Analysis factory: Discovery workshops, Transformation strategy, Workload assessment, FinOps and roadmap definition.
  • Migration guidance and support
  • Defining migration architectures and patterns as part of the Cloud migration
  • Supporting any cross-functional technical issues that might hinder the project

Result

  • Implementation of analysis workflows for each application: analysis of existing situation, migration strategy, Finops estimate, estimate of migration costs, migration schedule, etc.
